I AM MARTA!

I am a dedicated and compassionate Counsellor with experience in Mental Health Services, specializing in supporting vulnerable individuals. My passion lies in fostering emotional well-being and empowering clients through trauma-informed, humanistic, and strength-based interventions.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various roles, from crisis support to private practice, providing therapeutic interventions, risk assessments, and group facilitation. I am skilled in active listening, conflict resolution, and applying a variety of theories such as attachment theory, play therapy, and neurobiology-informed approaches.

In addition to counselling, I have experience in early education, where I supported children's emotional development and helped build their confidence and self-esteem. My diverse expertise allows me to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can express themselves, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
