Supporting You and Your Family with Care and Understanding
I offer a compassionate and supportive space where individuals and families can explore their emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop meaningful strategies for growth and well-being.
Through Circle of Security, Family Therapy, Individual Counselling, and Play Therapy, I help clients build deeper connections, overcome obstacles, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life.

PLAY THERAPY
Navigating challenges in life can be very stressful for children and just as adults they may need some support. Children counselling will help them to cope with their emotions, understand themselves, promote new ways of relating and build resilience.
The use of a sensitive and less intrusive approach, such as Play Therapy, favour the creation of a safe space that allow children to be who they are, to explore their feelings and make sense of the world, helping to foster emotional wellbeing.
Through play, children can express emotions, resolve conflicts, develop coping strategies, and gain a sense of control over their reality. Play enables children to communicate their thoughts, explore possibilities, and experience autonomy in a supportive and nurturing space.
Working closely with parents and caregivers to build a better understanding of what their children are communicating, enhancing connection with the child by feeling and seeing through the child eyes. strengthen the parent-child bond.
CIRCLE OF SECURITY
Circle of Security is a way of thinking about emotions and behaviours that can be used as a tool, a road map for parents and caregivers to connect and see the relationship with their children with more clarity.
It offers the opportunity to reflect about children attachment needs to better support the establishment of a secure relationship, where feelings can be shared. It also gives Parents/Caregivers a chance to reflect and explore their struggles and them choose new ways of connecting. A secure attachment is essential to set the stage for positive outcomes, to allow children to explore, learn and relate.
Using Circle of Security concepts parents/caregivers will learn to identify underlying needs, understand what is behind the child behaviour which will give them the possibility to respond to the child real needs and be with their children in their emotions, instead of trying to stop them from feeling.
Circle of Security will assist parents/caregivers to:

Improve parent’s understanding of their child’s social and emotional needs
Support their child to manage emotions
Enhance development of child’s self esteem
Recognise the innate need and desire of their child to be secure
Being able to face emotions more effectively builds emotional resilience, deepens self-awareness and helps to strengthen relationships.
To nurture a secure relationship parents/caregivers are encouraged to:

Be present and attentive to their child’s needs

Notice when their child seeks connection and offer comfort

Respond consistently, letting the child take the lead at their own pace

Practice self-kindness and patience
Remember that is never too late and that parents/caregivers don’t have to be perfect but good enough.


FAMILY THERAPY
Family therapy aim to improve relationships and resolve conflicts within the family. It helps family members to express and explore difficult thoughts and emotions safely, to understand each other’s experiences and views, recognise each other’s needs and ways to communicate.
It can help individual family members build stronger relationships, deepen connections and manage conflicts fostering greater understanding and empathy within family members.
With a compassionate and personalized approach, I create a safe space where families can explore their emotions, understand each other’s perspectives, and develop meaningful solutions together. My goal is to empower families to build resilience, foster growth, and cultivate a supportive home environment.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
Facing emotional challenges can feel isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Individual counselling provides a safe, welcoming, and confidential space where you can express your feelings, gain deeper self-understanding, and find solutions that truly align with your life.
Whether you're navigating relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, or workplace conflicts, each session is designed to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and develop strategies that support your well-being.
My approach is rooted in trust, empathy, and professionalism, creating a supportive environment where you feel heard and valued. Together, we’ll work towards personal growth, emotional balance, and a more fulfilling life.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a regular appointment giving more than 24 hours notice there will be no fee charged and we will reschedule this appointment.Note: we will not reschedule twice of same appointment. If you cancel appointment at short notice, i.e. less than 24h prior to your appointment , you will be charged 50% of the full fee. If you fail to attend an appointment giving no notice of cancellation, the full fee will apply. Please contact counsellor prior to attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. If a cancelation is made due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g. illness), we will try our best to reschedule the appointment. If numerous consecutive cancellation are made, it is in our discretion to charge a nonrefundable deposit for future sessions.
